My name Is Michel, I am a full time student majoring in education, a full time wife to my airman, and a full time mother to our two fur babies for now! I am a southern girl at heart and proud of it. I enjoy just about any outdoor activities, and love basketball. Coffee is definitely my weakness, especially here in the North West. I adore my husband and our family. We miss them much but enjoy our life in the Air Force.

My Airman, a lovable, caring, sweet, car loving, hardheaded man! : ) but he is my world. He is a boom operator in the Air Force and so far he loves his job. When he isn’t working he is probably working on his car, or on the internet finding things for his car. He is crazy, but you just can’t ask for a better husband.

Highschool sweathearts, that stuck together trough it all and ended up falling head over heels for each other. Married on November 23, 2009 and loving our wild and crazy life as two southerners living in the Northwest!

The perfect day off

Since today was my only day off this week, it has consisted of..... Cleaning, studying, blogging (which is now), and in the next hour another exam! Sounds like the perfect day off right?? Alright I am being a little sarcastic. I would much rather be just laying on the couch watching a movie with the hubs, and stuffing our faces with all types of junk food ( which by the way neither of use need to do). But there are so many things keeping me from doing that. Not only do i have millions 6 exams total to take, my husband as been on his high horse lately. And by high horse, I mean he has been real paranoid about everything. You see, since he is deploying soon he had to go get all his shots up to date. One of those shots was small pox. I do not know if you all are informed on the information about this shot. It isn't just one shot that they inject you with fluid. they take a needle and stick you 15 times in the same area. They then tell you to keep it bandaged for a month, wash your clothing separate from your spouse, do not get it wet, do not scratch it, and always where a shirt over it. Before getting this shot, just like all others they ask you the question "have you ever!" Well they asked the hubs all kinds of questions and one was if he has ever had eczema? He of course forgot that he had it when he was a kid, until he got home, and told them no. So a week later, which is now, he has been so cautious about everything, even the cats. he though Fluffy was infected one day. Well today, after we had a shower we noticed that he has developed these small bumps all over his back and stomach. They did tell us that it could spread, and it is possible that it could become really bad. So needless to say I went around this whole house and bleached everything. My house now smell like bleach everywhere. I guess it is better to be safe than sorry and I know that if the house is kept clean the hubs cant fuss about that being the problem. :) He is going to the doctor tomorrow to get everything checked out. I really hope that it is nothing serious.
Now as he sits on the Xbox playing his video games, I cook dinner, and gather up as much time as I can to blog and share with you guys about my relaxing day off. I am now going to take another exam and hope I do well. tomorrow is my last day of exams.. WOOT!
