My name Is Michel, I am a full time student majoring in education, a full time wife to my airman, and a full time mother to our two fur babies for now! I am a southern girl at heart and proud of it. I enjoy just about any outdoor activities, and love basketball. Coffee is definitely my weakness, especially here in the North West. I adore my husband and our family. We miss them much but enjoy our life in the Air Force.

My Airman, a lovable, caring, sweet, car loving, hardheaded man! : ) but he is my world. He is a boom operator in the Air Force and so far he loves his job. When he isn’t working he is probably working on his car, or on the internet finding things for his car. He is crazy, but you just can’t ask for a better husband.

Highschool sweathearts, that stuck together trough it all and ended up falling head over heels for each other. Married on November 23, 2009 and loving our wild and crazy life as two southerners living in the Northwest!

holy mother blizzard!

Well the title pretty much sums up what i am about to say! I have no idea what or who pissed of mother nature here in Washington, but she sure was pissed last night and today! I woke up this morning to a foot of snow. no lie. It was crazy! It literally took me a hour and half to shovel out my driveway. What really made me mad was the fact that the snow plowers had plowed all the snow on the road into my driveway, so the snow at the end of my driveway went up to my waist!! So little bitty ole me had to get out in the middle of that and shovel it all alone because of course the husband would be deployed when I need him. But I did make it out of the drive way and I was late to work by 15 min. Which was stressful because I am the opener and I have the keys to the building so no one can get in unless I am there. Thankfully the next person to show was running late to. : ) BUT did I mention that at work there was more snow for me to shovel? thats right MORE. -Funny story though, me and Kendra, A girl I work with, were going out to shovel the snow around the emergency exits. As we were walking out the door we were talking and didn't even think to unlock the door before heading out and of course it shuts before I realize what was going on. I know great huh. We are locked out back and the only door that is unlocked is the front, which means we have to walk all the way around the building in snow up to our thighs. Needless to say I wish we had a video camera out there because we probably looked like two idiots running around.- Anyways I ended up working all day because schools were closed due to mother natures wonderful blizzard. However, once I did get off I come home to a driveway that needs to be shoveled for me to even pull my car into it because once again they plowed it right into my driveway! didn't take to long but it still made me angry. Auzza on the other hand loves the snow. She had a blast playing in it, even thought it was over her head.
She likes to stick her head in the snow HA
This was the start of the snow
She was stuck
While making her little snow runs she would get stuck in a really deep spot and just start hoping like a bunny through it all. I wish I would have gotten it on video it was to cute.

One good thing about snow days is that I do get of earlier than normal, which is pretty nice. I got to come home and clean the house up some, talk to the hubby, and play with the pup. Now that I have finished this i am about to crawl into my pj's and cuddle on the couch with the babies and watch Weeds. I am addicted to this show. Joe and I started to watch it on netflix before he left and they had the first 5 season on there. So i just finished up season 5 and found out the 6th one came out on the 22nd, but it has to come in the mail. Oh you bet I ordered it and it came in yesterday! I cant wait to watch it. If you have not seen it, I suggest you watch it. It is about a wife that has no job who's husband dies of a heart attack and she is stuck paying the bills of their huge house and raising two kids. So she slowly starts dealing drugs to make money to survive. As the episodes start piling on she gets pretty far up into the dealing business along with her kids and even dating a DEA officer. I know it sounds horrible, but I promise it is a good show.

check out the new episodes on Mondays on Showtime.

  1. Wow... I'm exhausted just reading that. Not to rub it in, but Asher and I stayed in our pj's all day lol. We're going to try to get out tomorrow but we'll see how that goes.
