Hi Bloggers!! I am updating you, guys quickly on my life.. I know how I keep preaching about how I am so busy, but I have really been super busy. When i do have time to blog I can hardly stay awake. Work consumes my day considering I am up at 5 AM and get home around 5 PM, but I do have a good break between. In that time though I am doing school. It started back this past week and I am taking a full 15 hours. It really is going to be a long stressful semester.
As for the husband's deployment, it is still happening and he is still scheduled for the same date he had two weeks ago. BUT, they just threw on us the most randomness news. They told the hubs yesterday that he was leaving Monday to go TDY! Really Monday, Which is only three days!! It just frustrates me because they send him on TDY and then when he comes back home he leaves almost immediately after for the big D!! darn Military. But the good thing is that his TDY is only a week long, and he gets to visit Alaska, I figured it was okay to say the place since it is still in the states.
This is what I am going to be working on while the husband is gone. The picture is from Craft-O-Maniac and if you guys love to craft she has some really amazing ideas.. I love her site and I wish I could do them all, and I know her house has got to be so decorative and crafty!! I need her to come visit me for a week : )
I have the perfect place to put these and I hope they turn out well like hers. If you want to know how to make these you can find the link to Craft_O_Maniac HERE
I hope everyone had a great week and enjoys their weekend.. I think the hubs and I are going to attempt snow boarding tomorrow :) I hope I come back in one piece.

Too cute! You'll have to post pictures!
ReplyDeleteI love modge podge. I used it to make Coach christmas ornaments using left over tissue paper from my newest purse. They came out awesome.
Ha I went to do that craft a long time ago but gave up when I couldn't find the damask napkins to use. But you will have to post some pictures of how well they turn out :)
ReplyDeleteThanks hun, for the credit and shout out. I wish you luck on making yours. If you can't find the napkins try tissue paper in damask. Good luck. Thanks again. P.S. You and the hubs are darling! Have a good night! Jen
ReplyDeleteWarning: get a comfy pillow and a heating pad for your bum because after snowboarding the first time, you won't be able to sit. It's fun but you will be in pain that you won't notice while on the slopes (partially because you are numb from the cold and partially because of the adrenaline).
ReplyDeleteWAY CUTE!
ReplyDeleteI understand how you fill with work and school.. we have alot in common!!! As for the military... I know that feeling to.. just before my husbands deployment he was sent TDY for a MONTH!! WT HECK! haha!
I was just admiring the people that were signed up for five classes yesterday. I only signed up for three and I'm freaking out! Have fun snowboarding
ReplyDeleteIt definitely sounds like you've got a full plate girl! But it will make the deployment a hundred times easier I promise :)
ReplyDeletebut he has to fly over CANADA to get there!!! you know how shady those canadian are.. I would be worried if I were you ;)
