My name Is Michel, I am a full time student majoring in education, a full time wife to my airman, and a full time mother to our two fur babies for now! I am a southern girl at heart and proud of it. I enjoy just about any outdoor activities, and love basketball. Coffee is definitely my weakness, especially here in the North West. I adore my husband and our family. We miss them much but enjoy our life in the Air Force.

My Airman, a lovable, caring, sweet, car loving, hardheaded man! : ) but he is my world. He is a boom operator in the Air Force and so far he loves his job. When he isn’t working he is probably working on his car, or on the internet finding things for his car. He is crazy, but you just can’t ask for a better husband.

Highschool sweathearts, that stuck together trough it all and ended up falling head over heels for each other. Married on November 23, 2009 and loving our wild and crazy life as two southerners living in the Northwest!

And it begins!

So this morning I was in bed around 7:30 freezing to death. There is a window right above our bed. The heat was on and everything. So I began to think why in the hell is it so cold. Than I remembered it is November in Washington so it is normal. Then it really donged on me. It could possibly be snowing.. I got so excited and looked out my bedroom window, but saw nothing. I then went to the bathroom and joined my husband in the living room. As I am sitting on the couch the cats start cat traffic toward the window. I glance over and see that it has started to snow!! I get so excited about this, because this is my first actual real snow I have ever been around! I have seen the casual snow that we get once in five years in GA, but it is not enough to claim you have seen snow. : ) So I go crazy taken pictures and posting on my face book that it is snowing and calling my mom! HA I fill like a little kid. But I have to add that fluffy does nor know what to think about it. I was coming inside from taking pictures and when I opened the door she dashes out trying to attack the snow! I freaked out. But I got her back in safely. The snow is slowing down a little now : ( but im sure it will be back soon and that we are going to have a white christmas this year. Here are some pictures I took.

I know it isn't much but Im sure this is just the beginning.

  1. That's fun! I'm not a fan of snow, and I'm so happy that we won't have snow where we're stationed! Last Christmas, we had a blizzard in OK and it was horrible.
