My name Is Michel, I am a full time student majoring in education, a full time wife to my airman, and a full time mother to our two fur babies for now! I am a southern girl at heart and proud of it. I enjoy just about any outdoor activities, and love basketball. Coffee is definitely my weakness, especially here in the North West. I adore my husband and our family. We miss them much but enjoy our life in the Air Force.

My Airman, a lovable, caring, sweet, car loving, hardheaded man! : ) but he is my world. He is a boom operator in the Air Force and so far he loves his job. When he isn’t working he is probably working on his car, or on the internet finding things for his car. He is crazy, but you just can’t ask for a better husband.

Highschool sweathearts, that stuck together trough it all and ended up falling head over heels for each other. Married on November 23, 2009 and loving our wild and crazy life as two southerners living in the Northwest!

Thanksgiving = AMAZING!

So, considering it was my first year EVER cooking thanksgiving for a house full of guest it was pretty amazing. I was so worried about the turkey and I though it was going to be so dry. However since I was so paranoid  about it being dry I was constantly adding my ingredients to it to make it tasty. : ) So the turkey was the best part of the meal to me.

Turkey going into oven.

3 and half hours later!

Now that I have the hardest thing cooked for thanksgiving I have left the easiest one to cooked. Of course I would come across something a mess it up. I mean as many times as I have cooked potatoe salad I happen to screw it up on this day!! I first made the potatoes to soft so I just used those for my home made mash-potatoes. Then when i cooked the potatoes again i made them to hard!! I mean really.. So I just gave up and said screw it. But other than that everything was great!

Just looking at all these photos are making me angry again! We have so many left overs, but trust me they will get eaten, especially the rice crispy treats. : )

Oh and to add i was so upset that I had to work this morning on BLACK FRIDAY that I missed all the good sales. i am about to head to the BX and hopefully walmart to see if I can scramble up any good deals. I hope everyone had a safe and great hoilday. Now time for Christmas!!!
